How many engineers does it take to sail a Reynolds 33? None. Actually, the Reynolds 33 is a great boat for people with a little previous catamaran sailing experience. It is easy to trailer, quick to set up and fun to sail. (http://www.r33.com or our Reynolds 33 page)

Team Morrelli & Melvin was one of four Reynolds 33's that raced in this year's unusually light winds. Of the R33's racing, our team was second in raw time (24:00:15). They had to give up some time to another R33 in the fleet, because our guys had a really nice setup on their boat. The corrected time (27:49:25) put Team Morrelli & Melvin on FilmThis.Net in third among the R33s. In the light wind and with great tactics, they placed just ahead of a 60 foot racing catamaran using corrected times.

Actual scores are at the Neport Ocean Sailing Association
