Our design fleet Our design fleet includes record-breaking sailboats, highspeed ferries, dive boats, trawlers, sport-fishing boats, cruisers, race boats, power cats, trimarans, U.S. Coast Guard certified passenger vessels, pleasure boats, and work boats. We approach each new design with an open mind, listening to our customer and optimizing each vessel for its intended service. Our engineering services Our engineering services i nclude rig analysis, multihull velocity prediction (VPP), structures in composites/aluminum/wood epoxy, computer aided design, ship motion studies, 3D renderings/animation, weight analysis, and cost analysis. An example of our high-performance, light-weight construction and comfortable ride is the Gunboat 62 and Gunboat 48. Our research and development Our research and development includes specialized testing, test models, composites experiments and full-scale on-the-water testing. We have even worked with our customers' patented materials to get the most efficient vessel using their proprietary techology. Our production tooling and consulting Our production tooling and consulting includes developing and building production molds, forms and systems for commercial and retail boat building. We specialize in working with composite materials, light-weight construction, carbon fiber, aluminum - most any variety of materials.
