Making the A2 a reality

Here is a glimpse at the evolution of the Morrelli & Melvin A2.

Step One: The A2 Hulls were modeled in 3D capitalizing on seven years of evolution from the Waterat A-Cat.

Step Two: Plugs were machined on a 5-axis router based on the 3D CAD surfaces to achieve a highly accurate shape.

Step Three: Molds are made from the highly accurate plugs and then polished to a shine equivalent to 1800 grit polish.
